Laurie Fiumara

Laurie Fiumara has been with ProPivotal (formerly Professional Staffing Group (PSG)) since 2001. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in Human Resources at Putnam Investments (now Franklin Templeton), where she managed the company’s temporary staffing program. Leveraging her background in HR, Laurie quickly advanced within the organization, developing key client relationships with institutions such as MIT, the Colleges of the Fenway, and Wellington Management. She later led a team that expanded ProPivotal’s presence across Greater Boston, supporting clients in administrative, finance & accounting, higher education, investment management, and healthcare fields.

As Senior Vice President and Owner, Laurie oversees strategic direction, client partnerships, and daily operations. She was instrumental in launching ProPivotal’s Healthcare & Clinical Placement Division and continues to drive the company’s growth and service excellence.

Laurie lives just north of Boston with her husband and their four children. When she’s not running her business, she enjoys pursuing her passion for photography and capturing everyday moments with family and friends.
