What we're typically looking for:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
• Strong technical foundation -- GAAP, month-end close, financial reporting, and ideally some experience managing or mentoring staff
• CPA or equivalent experience preferred; ERP proficiency (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) expected
