Key Details
- Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Pay: $25/hour
- Location: Chelsea, MA
- Requirement: Valid/active CNA license
- Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Support safe transfers and ambulation using proper techniques/equipment
- Help with meal set-up/feeding assistance as needed
- Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team (skin concerns, appetite, mood, mobility, etc.)
- Take and document vital signs as assigned
- Provide respectful companionship and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Follow care plans and comply with facility policies and safety procedures
- Valid CNA license (active and in good standing)
- Prior experience in a long-term care, rehab, hospital, or assisted living setting
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional approach
- Ability to work on your feet and assist with physical aspects of patient care
