Digital Marketing Senior Associate

This role is for a Digital Marketing Senior Associate supporting marketing campaigns in Latin America and Canada within a leading asset management organization. You will collaborate with channel teams, coordinate digital initiatives such as web, email, and social media, and leverage data to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with channel leads and teams to execute marketing plans
• Coordinate with specialists for digital tactics across web, email, and social platforms
• Ensure digital experiences are data-driven and optimized regularly
• Develop segmented audiences and content formats for campaigns
• Manage web page updates and nurture email journeys
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and testing
• Analyze data using Power BI to generate insights and recommend actions

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field including proven experience in account-based marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management
• Must have proven experience using Marketo and be able to give example of past use cases
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital campaign management, data analysis, and content management tools
