Digital Marketing Manager – Marketo Experience Required
An established asset management firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive marketing campaigns across Latin America (LatAm) and Canada. In this role, you will collaborate with channel leads and specialists to execute marketing plans, enhance digital tactics across web, email, and social media, and leverage data for continuous improvement.
The position offers an estimated pay of $65.00 per hour, with a hybrid work arrangement in New York City.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with channel leads and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with digital specialists to improve tactics across web, email, and social media channels
- Develop segmented audiences and digital content formats to increase engagement
- Manage updates to web pages and create nurture email journeys
- Send event and webcast invitations, along with follow-up communications
- Identify process improvements and testing opportunities
- Analyze data using Power BI to derive insights and recommend strategic changes
- Maintain content profiles in Seismic and pilot new platform features
Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree required
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Marketo for campaign management and marketing automation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Power BI and Seismic
